Nike Air Zoom Pegasus Premium Trainers - Grey - UK 11

The primary benefit is the advanced cushioning system, combining React X Foam, Zoom X Foam, and a full-length Air Zoom Unit for exceptional responsiveness and comfort during runs.

These trainers are primarily designed for road running. While the modified waffle outsole offers some grip, they are not specifically engineered for technical trail running conditions.

Utilize the lace-up design to achieve a secure and personalized fit. Ensure the laces are tied appropriately, snug enough for support but not so tight as to restrict circulation.

The modified waffle outsole is constructed with high-abrasion rubber, a material known for its resilience, which enhances the overall durability and longevity of the shoe.

It is not recommended to machine wash these trainers. Cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap is the preferred method to protect the advanced materials and construction.

The engineered mesh upper is designed to provide increased breathability, allowing air to circulate and helping to keep your feet cool and comfortable during your runs.

The longevity of the cushioning depends on factors like usage frequency, running intensity, and surface type. However, the high-quality foams and durable construction are designed for extended performance.

Ensure the foam and Air Zoom Unit are not compacted. Regular use, as intended, should help maintain responsiveness. Check for any debris inside the shoe that might be affecting the feel.

While the waffle outsole offers good traction, performance on extremely wet or slick surfaces may be reduced. Clean the outsole regularly to remove mud or debris that can impede grip.

New trainers, especially those with advanced foam technologies, may require a short break-in period. Wear them for shorter runs initially and gradually increase mileage to allow them to adapt to your foot.

Inspect the engineered mesh upper for tears or excessive abrasion. Avoid snagging the shoes on rough surfaces and follow the recommended cleaning instructions.
