The RED5 Magnetic Pocket 5000mAh Power Bank is designed for mobile users who require a clutter-free, portable charging solution for their smartphones. Its primary benefit is the secure, cable-free magnetic attachment that allows for seamless wireless charging on the go. However, users should note that its 5000mAh capacity is intended for supplemental top-ups rather than multiple full device recharges, making it best suited for daily commutes or short outings.

Yes, the power bank supports pass-through charging, allowing you to charge the unit and your phone simultaneously.
The magnetic attachment is designed for MagSafe devices. While it may provide power to other wireless-capable devices, they will not 'snap' or hold onto the bank securely without a magnetic ring adapter.
The built-in LED indicator will flash or show reduced bars to signify that the battery capacity is low and requires recharging.
It is a dual-function port, serving as both an input to charge the power bank and an output to charge devices via cable.
It generally provides approximately one full charge for most standard-sized smartphones, though exact results vary based on your phone's specific battery size.
Ensure the power bank is turned on and properly aligned with the phone's charging coil. If using a case, ensure it is MagSafe-compatible or thin enough to allow magnetic connectivity.
Check the USB-C cable and the wall adapter for functionality. Try charging the power bank using a different high-quality cable.
It is normal for wireless charging to generate heat. If the device becomes excessively hot, remove it from the phone and let both units cool down.
To begin using your power bank, ensure it is fully charged by connecting it to a USB-C power adapter; the indicator lights will signify when it has reached 100% capacity (typically within 2-3 hours). To charge your phone, align the magnetic surface with the back of your MagSafe-compatible smartphone until you feel the magnets engage.
To maintain the longevity of the device, keep the charging surface free of debris or metallic objects. Store the power bank in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods, and avoid exposing the unit to extreme temperatures or high moisture levels.
