Troubleshooting

Display is difficult to read or blurry

Adjust the nose bridge for a tighter fit and ensure the goggles are positioned correctly on your face; also, clean the lens surface with fresh water.

Goggles failing to sync with the mobile app

Inaccurate stroke count or distance

Ensure the firmware is updated via the FORM app and check that you have selected the correct pool length settings before starting your session.

Care Instructions:

Rinse the goggles with fresh, cool water after every session to remove chlorine or salt.
Avoid touching or rubbing the inside of the lenses, as this can degrade the factory anti-fog coating.

Charge the device fully using the supplied charging cable to ensure you have the full 14-hour battery capacity before long swims.
