No, due to the delicate crinkle satin fabric, professional dry cleaning is recommended to maintain the texture and tailoring.
The skirt is designed as a tailored fit. Please consult the Karen Millen size guide based on your standard UK dress size.
The front split is designed specifically for ease of movement and does not compromise the sculpted, fitted nature of the hips and thighs.
Yes, the floor-sweeping hem and dramatic flare are perfectly suited for black-tie galas, weddings, and formal celebrations.
Avoid heat-based ironing or steam cleaning, which can flatten the permanent crinkle finish. Professional dry cleaning is the safest way to maintain the texture.
Hang the skirt in a moisture-rich environment like a bathroom during a shower to let light humidity help release creases, but do not iron directly on the fabric.
To ensure the longevity of your garment, always consult the internal care label. Given the delicate nature of the crinkle satin material, professional dry cleaning is strongly recommended to preserve the integrity of the textured finish and the structure of the pleats. When storing, hang the skirt on a proper garment hanger using the provided waist loops to prevent sagging or accidental creasing of the pleated areas. Avoid sharp jewelry that could snag the delicate threads of the satin.
