Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the best performance from your trainers, begin by adjusting the lacing system to accommodate your specific foot width; ensure the laces are snug but not constricting to allow for proper blood flow. These trainers are standard adult sizes but may require a short breaking-in period of approximately three to four active uses for the materials to mold to your foot shape. For care, avoid machine washing. Instead, spot clean the outer material with a damp cloth and mild soap. Allow the shoes to air dry naturally in a cool, shaded area, and keep them away from direct heat sources like radiators, which can warp the cushioning foam.
