Troubleshooting

Sofa feels unstable when converted to a bed

Verify that all support legs are fully extended and firmly touching the floor surface.

Mechanism feels stiff when folding out

Fabric appears slightly wrinkled

Use a light hand-steamer from a distance or allow the fabric to settle naturally after unpacking; ensure the tufted pillows are fluffed regularly.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setting up your Aurora Sofa Bed is straightforward: upon arrival, verify all components are present, then screw the included sturdy feet into the pre-drilled holes on the base. Ensure the sofa is placed on a level surface to prevent wobbling during the conversion process. For maintenance, vacuum the upholstery regularly to remove dust, and spot-clean any spills immediately with a damp, soft cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that might damage the fabric texture. If the sofa is on a hardwood floor, consider using small furniture pads under the feet to prevent scratching.
