FAQs

Is the upholstery fabric durable?

The velvet upholstery is chosen for its softness and aesthetic appeal, but it is best suited for standard residential use rather than high-traffic commercial environments.

How do I clean pet hair off the velvet?

A lint roller or a specialized rubber pet hair brush works best to lift hair from the velvet surface without damaging the fibers.

Are the cushions removable?

The cushions are integrated into the design to maintain the sofa's shape and aesthetic; they are not intended to be removed.

What is the weight capacity of the sofa?

The sofa is designed to support three adults, but please refer to your specific product manual for exact weight limit specifications to ensure longevity.

Does it come with a warranty?

HOMCOM products typically carry a standard manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects; please check your purchase receipt for specific coverage details.

Troubleshooting

Legs feel unstable after assembly

Check that all bolts are tightened securely to the frame and ensure the floor surface is level.

Fabric appears crushed or flattened

Use a soft-bristled brush to gently brush the velvet pile in the direction of the grain to restore its loft.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Spacious 199cm seating area fits three adults comfortably
High-density sponge provides firm yet comfortable support
Elegant aesthetic with premium-feel velvet finish
Meets safety standards with fire-retardant materials

Cons

Button-tufted design can collect dust and crumbs over time
Velvet fabric requires specific cleaning techniques to avoid texture damage
Green color may be difficult to match with existing bold decor palettes

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Assembly is straightforward and typically involves attaching the legs to the main frame upon arrival. To maintain the velvet upholstery, it is recommended to vacuum the sofa using a soft brush attachment to remove dust, especially around the button-tufting. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth; do not rub, as this can crush the velvet fibers. Keep the sofa away from direct sunlight to prevent the green pigment from fading over time.
