The HOVR Phantom 3 trainers are designed for comfort and light training. For marathon running, we recommend specialized running shoes that offer advanced support and cushioning tailored for long-distance endurance.

The IntelliKnit upper provides a sock-like fit. Ensure there is minimal space at the toe and the heel feels secure without slipping. Try them on with the type of socks you typically wear for training.

We do not recommend machine washing. Hand washing with mild soap and cold water is the preferred method to maintain the integrity of the materials and construction.

UA HOVR™ cushioning aims to provide a zero-gravity feel, reducing impact with each step and returning energy to propel you forward, making movement feel easier.

The UA IntelliKnit upper offers breathability and some water resistance, but these trainers are not fully waterproof. They are designed for dry to mildly damp conditions.

The rubber outsole is designed for durability with a pattern that enhances traction. It is suitable for regular training and daily wear on various surfaces.

Adjust the lacing if applicable, or consider the fit of the knit ankle and upper. Ensure you have selected the correct UK size. For a tighter fit, ensure the laces are secured properly. For a looser fit, ensure the foot is fully seated within the shoe.

The UA HOVR™ cushioning may take a few wears to break in fully. Ensure the shoes are clean and dry, as dirt or moisture can affect performance. For persistent issues, check for any visible damage to the sole.

Utilize the knit ankle collar by gently pulling it outward as you slide your foot in. Ensure your heel is guided smoothly into the shoe. Avoid forcing your foot, which could damage the collar.

Check the outsole for embedded debris like mud or stones. Clean the outsole pattern with a brush and water. Ensure the surface you are on is not excessively wet or slippery.
