The VEVOR hydraulic wheel dolly is an essential tool for mechanics, hobbyists, and automotive shop owners who need to maneuver vehicles in restricted spaces. With a 1500 lb capacity per unit, it provides a stable and efficient way to reposition cars, SUVs, and tractors, though it is designed for short-distance movement on smooth, level surfaces rather than long-distance towing or transport.

No, this product is designed exclusively for smooth, hard, and level surfaces. Use on uneven ground may lead to instability.
For full vehicle maneuverability, you will generally need four dollies, one for each tire.
The dolly accommodates tire widths up to 12 inches.
It arrives mostly pre-assembled, though minor setup of the handle or casters may be required depending on shipping packaging.
While stable, it is recommended to use jack stands for long-term storage to relieve pressure on the hydraulic system.
Check the hydraulic release valve to ensure it is fully closed, and ensure the load does not exceed 1500 lbs.
Clean debris or grit from the caster housing and apply a small amount of silicone lubricant to the swivel mechanism.
Ensure the dolly is perfectly centered under the tire and that all four dollies are at a consistent height.
Before first use, inspect the hydraulic system for any leaks and ensure all casters rotate freely. To set up, place the unit on the ground and pull the locking pin to adjust the width to your specific tire size. Always ensure the rollers are centered against the tire tread for maximum safety. Compatibility-wise, the unit fits tires up to 12 inches in width. For maintenance, regularly wipe the aluminum alloy rollers to remove dirt or oil build-up, and lubricate the caster bearings annually to ensure smooth 360-degree rotation. Store the dolly in a dry, covered area to prevent steel corrosion and maintain hydraulic seal integrity.
