VonHaus Hose Reel - Grey

Yes, the VonHaus Hose Reel is designed for straightforward wall mounting. It comes with a fitting guide and all the necessary fixtures for most wall types. You'll primarily need basic DIY tools for drilling and securing the bracket.

The hose within this retractable reel is generally integrated into the retraction mechanism and not designed for easy user replacement. If the hose is damaged, contact VonHaus customer support for advice or warranty claims.

To prevent frost damage, especially in freezing temperatures, it is highly recommended to disconnect the reel from the water supply, drain all water from the hose and reel, and store the entire unit in a frost-free shed or garage.

Once you are finished watering, gently tug the hose slightly away from the wall. This action disengages the automatic locking mechanism, allowing the hose to smoothly retract back into the reel casing.

Yes, all VonHaus products, including this hose reel, are backed by a minimum 2-year warranty, ensuring confidence in your purchase.

The VonHaus 20m Retractable Wall-Mounted Hose Reel measures approximately H41 x W40 x D20cm, making it suitable for various outdoor spaces.

Ensure the hose is not kinked or tangled. Pull the hose out fully, then release it slowly to help reset the retraction mechanism. Ensure the path is clear of obstructions. If it's still sticky, gently guide it back in.

Pull the hose out slightly further and try again. Sometimes a firm, continuous pull is needed to reach the next locking point. If it still doesn't lock, check for debris obstructing the internal mechanism.

Check that all connections (tap to feeder hose, feeder hose to reel, hose to spray gun) are hand-tightened. Replace any worn washers if necessary.

Check the water pressure from your tap. Ensure the spray gun nozzle is clean and free from debris. Twist the nozzle to cycle through different patterns, ensuring no blockages.

Ensure the wall bracket is securely fastened to the wall and that the hose reel is correctly seated onto the bracket. Re-tighten screws if necessary and ensure appropriate wall plugs were used for your wall type.
