Product Information
Full details
The Rest Relax Big Dreamer Memory Foam Mattress is designed for those seeking advanced comfort and pressure relief, particularly ideal for bunk beds and trundle beds. Its key benefit is the combination of memory foam and Reflex Foam, offering a soft sleeping surface that alleviates joint and muscle pain for longer, uninterrupted sleep. A potential consideration is its 13cm depth, which may be shallower than some users prefer for a main bed. This mattress features a breathable quilted fabric outer, a zip-off cover for easy cleaning, and hypoallergenic properties.

FAQs
What is the warranty period for the Big Dreamer Memory Foam Mattress?
The Rest Relax Big Dreamer Memory Foam Mattress comes with a 5-year manufacturer's guarantee.
Can I use this mattress on an electric adjustable bed?
While designed for standard bed frames, the flexibility of the memory foam *may* allow for use on some adjustable bases. However, it's best to consult the manufacturer's guidelines for your specific adjustable bed frame.
How often should I clean the mattress cover?
It is recommended to clean the mattress cover as needed, or periodically for hygiene. Follow the care label instructions for washing.
Is the mattress suitable for heavy individuals?
The mattress offers supportive memory foam. However, for individuals with higher weight requirements, it's advisable to consider the depth and firmness relative to personal needs and potential long-term durability.
What are the dimensions of the mattress?
The mattress is 13cm deep. Specific length and width dimensions will vary based on the chosen mattress size (e.g., single, double).
Does the mattress require a mattress topper?
The mattress is designed to provide comfort on its own. A topper is optional and depends on personal preference for added softness or firmness.
How is the mattress delivered?
The mattress arrives vacuum-packaged, which makes it easier to transport into your room.
Troubleshooting
Mattress not fully expanding
Ensure the mattress is placed in a well-ventilated area. Give it up to 24-48 hours to fully expand. Check for any obstructions that might be preventing expansion.
Initial slight odor
A faint odor is normal for newly packaged foam products. Allow the mattress to air out in a well-ventilated room for a few days. The smell should dissipate.
Cover is difficult to zip off or on
Ensure there are no wrinkles or foam pushing against the zipper. Try to straighten the cover and zip slowly and carefully.
Unevenness or sagging
Rotate the mattress head to toe to ensure even wear. If sagging persists after the initial expansion period, contact customer support.
