Troubleshooting
The chair feels wobbly after assembly.
Check that all bolts are tightened evenly. If it still wobbles, ensure the surface underneath is level or adjust the chair feet.
Stains on the rattan surface.
Use a soft brush or cloth with a mild detergent mixed with water to gently scrub the area; rinse with clean water and air dry.
Cushions look flat after extended use.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Berrington set lasts for years, follow these setup and maintenance guidelines:
- Assembly: Begin by loosely attaching all bolts before fully tightening them to ensure the steel frame aligns correctly.
- Placement: Place the furniture on a level surface to prevent uneven weight distribution and frame stress.
- Cleaning: Wipe the PE rattan with a damp cloth and mild soapy water as needed. Avoid using abrasive sponges that might scratch the woven texture.
- Cushion Care: The removable cushion covers should be spot-cleaned. Always store cushions in a dry, shaded location during the off-season or inclement weather to prevent mildew and color fading.
- Off-Season Storage: If possible, cover the set with a waterproof furniture cover during winter months to protect the frame and extend the lifespan of the material.
