Troubleshooting
Box doesn't fold or unfold smoothly.
Ensure no items are obstructing the folding mechanism. Gently press the release tabs firmly and apply even pressure when collapsing or expanding the box. Check for any debris caught in the hinges.
Box feels wobbly or unstable when loaded.
Verify that all four side panels are securely locked into their upright position. Distribute the weight of contents evenly across the base of the box and ensure the total weight does not exceed the 50 kg load capacity. Avoid stacking unevenly.
Difficulty removing stubborn stains or marks.
For best results, clean spills immediately. For dried or stubborn marks, use a soft cloth with a mixture of warm water and a small amount of dish soap. For very tough spots, a soft-bristled brush can be used carefully. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners.

Setup: The Keeeper Folding Box features a patented folding mechanism designed for intuitive use. To set up, simply lift the sides upwards until they lock securely into place. To fold down, gently press the release tabs (typically located on the shorter sides) and push the walls inwards and downwards until the box lies flat. Always ensure the mechanism is fully engaged for maximum stability when in use.
