Troubleshooting
Blind is too wide.
Trim the blind to the correct width according to the installation instructions. Ensure measurements are accurate before cutting.
Blind does not lower smoothly.
Check the operating chain for any snags or obstructions. Ensure the blind is properly seated in its brackets. Clean the mechanism if dust accumulation is suspected.
Fittings feel loose.
Tighten the screws on the bracket holders. If mounting on a different surface, ensure you are using appropriate wall anchors or fixings.
Fabric appears creased after trimming.
Allow the blind to hang for a few days; gravity will usually straighten minor creases. You can also gently steam the fabric from a distance, being careful not to saturate it.
