The VIVA bottle is designed to be leakproof and can handle carbonated drinks. However, for maximum security, always ensure the lid is properly closed and sealed after use.
Yes, the lunchbox is microwave safe for reheating food. However, it is not designed for keeping food hot for extended periods without reheating.
The lunchbox has a capacity of 1L with dimensions of approximately 130mm width, 180mm depth, and 217mm height (including bottle). The bottle has a volume of 0.5L.
Yes, both the lunchbox and bottle are made from high-quality, transparent polypropylene that is BPA-free and recyclable, ensuring safety for children.
The lid is dishwasher safe, recommended for the top rack. You can also hand wash it with warm, soapy water. Ensure all parts are dry before reassembling.
The bottle is primarily designed for water. While it can hold other non-carbonated beverages, it's best to rinse it thoroughly after each use to prevent residue buildup and maintain hygiene. It can handle carbonated drinks, but do so with caution.
The lunchbox features removable dividers that can be positioned in three different slots, allowing for a customizable arrangement of food compartments.
Ensure the dividers are correctly seated and not obstructing the lid. Check for any food debris around the rim of the lunchbox or lid that might prevent a proper seal.
Check for any obstructions or dried residue around the lid mechanism. Rinse the lid components with warm water and try again. Ensure the lid is fully aligned before attempting to operate the one-hand mechanism.
While the lunchbox maintains freshness, it does not provide active cooling. For perishable items, consider using a small ice pack in the lunch bag. Ensure the lunchbox is properly closed to maintain the internal environment.
This is a known potential cosmetic imperfection and does not affect the functionality or safety of the product. If the cosmetic issue is significant or concerns you, please contact customer support.
Setup: The lunchbox comes with removable dividers that can be easily inserted or repositioned into three available slots to customize compartment sizes. The VIVA bottle is ready for use upon unboxing.
Compatibility: This set is designed for children and is compatible with standard lunch bags and backpacks. The bottle is suitable for water and non-carbonated beverages; while it can handle carbonated drinks, extreme caution is advised due to pressure buildup.
