Care Instructions
To maintain the premium dark brown leather and prolong the life of your Brodin Mid trainers, follow these care steps:
- Regular Cleaning: Gently wipe off any surface dirt or dust with a soft, dry cloth or a soft-bristled brush after each wear.
- Spot Cleaning: For minor marks, use a slightly damp cloth with a mild leather cleaner. Apply in small, circular motions. Always test on an inconspicuous area first.
- Conditioning: Periodically (every few weeks or months, depending on wear), apply a quality leather conditioner to keep the leather supple and prevent drying or cracking. This also helps maintain its rich color.
- Protection: Consider using a leather protector spray to guard against water and stains, especially if you anticipate wearing them in damp conditions. Note that this will not make them fully waterproof.
- Drying: If your trainers get wet, stuff them with newspaper to absorb moisture and maintain their shape. Allow them to air dry naturally at room temperature, away from direct heat sources.
- Storage: Store your trainers in a cool, dry place, ideally with shoe trees to help retain their shape and prevent creasing.
