It is highly recommended to store the parasol in its carry bag in a dry, covered area during winter months to protect the wooden frame and fabric.
The pole has a standard diameter of 38mm, making it compatible with most garden table parasol holes.
No, it is recommended to spot clean the fabric with mild soap and water rather than placing it in a washing machine.
The included base weighs 9kg, providing sufficient stability for standard backyard use.
Wipe away excess water with a cloth and allow the parasol to air dry fully in the open position before storing.
This model is designed as a straight-pole parasol for maximum overhead stability.
Ensure the tightening knob is fully engaged and that the provided pole collars are seated correctly to reduce gap space.
Check for any fabric snagged in the ribs of the wooden frame and ensure the slide mechanism is free from debris.
Verify that the base is on a perfectly flat surface; if wind conditions are high, consider adding extra weights to the base.
To set up your parasol, slide the main pole into the 9kg base and rotate the tightening knob until the pole is held firmly in place. Use the included collars to ensure the pole sits snugly within the base diameter. Regarding compatibility, the pole diameter is 38mm, meaning it will fit most standard garden tables with center holes. For long-term care, wipe the wooden frame down occasionally with a damp cloth to remove debris. If the fabric becomes dusty, gently brush it off; for deeper cleaning, use mild soapy water. Always ensure the canopy is completely dry before placing it into the carry bag to prevent the growth of mold or mildew during storage.
