FAQs
Are these sandals suitable for wide feet?
The cross-over upper and adjustable buckle offer some flexibility, but if you have significantly wide feet, it's recommended to try them on to ensure a comfortable fit.
Can I wear these sandals in wet weather?
These sandals are not designed for wet conditions. While the PU outsole offers some durability, prolonged exposure to water can damage the leather upper and insole.
How do I clean the memory foam insole?
Gently wipe the insole with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid soaking the insole. Allow it to air dry completely before wearing.
What is the best way to store these sandals?
Store them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Using a shoe bag or keeping them in their original box can help protect them.
Do the sandals run true to size?
Generally, Hush Puppies footwear runs true to size. However, individual fit can vary. It's always best to refer to a size chart or try them on if possible.
What materials are the sandals made of?
The sandals feature a soft tubular leather upper, real leather sock and lining, and a durable PU outsole.
Troubleshooting
Sandal feels too tight or loose
Adjust the buckle fastening on the cross-over strap for a more personalized fit.
Leather feels stiff initially
Wear the sandals for short periods indoors to allow the leather to soften and mold to your foot. Consider using a leather conditioner specifically designed for soft leather.
Slight discoloration on leather
This can occur with natural leather. Ensure the sandals are not exposed to excessive moisture. For minor marks, try a leather cleaner designed for the specific type of leather.
