Setup, Compatibility & Care
To set up your parasol, ensure you have a compatible weighted base that can support the pole diameter. Slide the pole into the base and tighten the collar securely. For daily care, use a soft brush or a damp cloth with mild soapy water to clean the canopy; avoid harsh chemicals that might strip the UV-protective coating. During the off-season, we recommend closing the parasol fully and covering it with a waterproof protective cover or storing it in a dry, indoor location to preserve the fabric and mechanism. Regularly check that the crank mechanism moves freely and apply a silicone-based lubricant if the movement becomes stiff over time.
