This HOMCOM Executive Office Chair in Black is designed for professionals seeking enhanced comfort and support during long workdays. Its key benefit is the combination of ergonomic features like adjustable height, tilt function, and plush padding, all wrapped in easy-to-clean faux leather. A potential caveat is that while it offers good maneuverability, it's primarily suited for standard office environments rather than heavily carpeted areas due to its PU casters.

The specific weight capacity is typically listed in the product's manual or specifications sheet, but standard office chairs of this type often support up to 250 lbs (approx. 113 kg).
Assembly is designed to be straightforward with most parts slotting or screwing into place. An assembly manual with clear instructions and diagrams is provided.
Yes, replacement casters are generally available from third-party manufacturers that are compatible with standard office chair stems and designed for carpeted floors.
Wipe the faux leather with a soft cloth slightly dampened with water or a mild soap solution. Dry immediately with a clean cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
The seat height is adjustable between 48cm and 58cm from the floor.
Please refer to the product documentation or the retailer's information for details on the warranty period and coverage, as this can vary.
The armrests feature pillow-top padding for comfort but are fixed in position and not height-adjustable.
Ensure the gas lift lever is properly engaged. Check that all assembly bolts are securely tightened. If the issue persists, the gas lift may need replacement.
Check for debris or hair wrapped around the caster wheels. Clean the wheels with a damp cloth. Ensure casters are fully inserted into the base sockets.
Verify that all screws and bolts are tightened securely, especially those connecting the seat mechanism, armrests, and backrest. Ensure the base is stable and casters are properly seated.
Check the tension knob for the tilt mechanism; it might be too tight or too loose. Refer to the manual for specific adjustments. Ensure no obstructions are preventing movement.
Setup: Assembly is required. Typically involves attaching the base, casters, gas lift, seat mechanism, armrests, and backrest according to the provided manual. All necessary hardware is usually included.
Compatibility: The PU casters are designed for smooth operation on hard flooring surfaces such as hardwood, laminate, tile, and slate. Use on thick carpets may impede smooth rolling.
Care: The faux leather upholstery can be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the material. For the mesh back, a gentle vacuum or a slightly damp cloth can be used. Ensure all parts are dry before use.
