While durable, the Mogami Terra is not designed for total water submersion. If they get wet, air dry them slowly.
These follow standard UK adult sizing. Use your typical shoe size for reference, keeping in mind that Birkenstocks are designed for a slightly spacious fit.
Yes, many users prefer wearing them with socks for comfort, especially during the initial break-in period.
Use a soft brush or a damp cloth to remove debris. Avoid harsh detergents or machine washing.
The cork-latex footbed is designed to be resilient, though natural wear is expected over many years of heavy use.
This is normal; wear them for short durations (1-2 hours) over the first week to allow the materials to soften and mold to your foot shape.
Adjust the buckles to a different hole to tighten or loosen the fit; ensure the strap is secure but not cutting into the skin.
To ensure your Mogami Terra sandals last, keep them away from extreme heat sources like radiators or direct sunlight for extended periods, as this can damage the footbed material. If the sandals get wet, allow them to air dry naturally at room temperature. Clean the surface using a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid abrasive chemicals. Regarding compatibility, these are standard UK-sized fitments; we recommend checking your specific size against a brannock device or your existing Birkenstock pairs to ensure proper arch placement.
