The Cloud Sky 2 fits true to size. We recommend measuring the foot in centimeters and comparing it to the official On Running size chart for the most accurate fit.
It is generally recommended to hand clean these trainers with a damp cloth to protect the integrity of the materials and cushioning technology.
The white finish is stylish but prone to marks. We recommend applying a protective spray and cleaning them regularly to maintain the appearance.

Feet often swell during activity; try loosening the laces slightly to accommodate natural foot expansion.
Use a soft-bristled brush or a dedicated sneaker cleaner with a microfiber cloth to gently buff out surface stains.
These trainers are designed for an immediate, true-to-size fit right out of the box. To ensure they last, treat them with a water and stain repellent spray before the first use. When the shoes become dirty, gently wipe the upper with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid putting them in a washing machine, as high-heat agitation can compromise the bonding of the sole components. Allow them to air dry away from direct heat sources like radiators to prevent material warping.
