FAQs

Is the small (19") size truly cabin compatible with all airlines?

The small (19") size of the Pierre Cardin Voyager Luggage is designed to be cabin compatible with *most* airlines. However, airline carry-on regulations can vary significantly, so it is crucial to verify the specific dimensions and weight limits with your chosen airline before traveling to ensure compliance.

How should I clean the exterior of my luggage?

The scratch-resistant ABS hardshell is very easy to clean. Simply wipe the exterior surface with a damp cloth to remove dust and dirt. For more stubborn marks, a mild soap solution can be used, followed by wiping with a clean, damp cloth and then drying thoroughly.

What are the dimensions for each size?

The dimensions are as follows: Small (19"): 54.5 x 36 x 23cm (38.9L), Medium (25"): 65.5 x 44 x 26.5cm (64.6L), Large (28"): 76 x 50 x 31cm (102.7L). Please note that these measurements include wheels and handles.

Does the luggage have a lined interior?

Yes, all sizes of the Pierre Cardin Voyager Luggage feature a fully lined interior. This lining helps protect your belongings and contributes to a neat, organized packing space.

Can I replace the wheels or telescopic handle if they get damaged?

While the components are designed for durability, availability of replacement parts may vary. For any issues with wheels or handles, it is recommended to contact customer support for guidance on potential repairs or replacements.

Is this luggage suitable for international travel?

Yes, the Pierre Cardin Voyager Luggage is suitable for both domestic and international travel. Its durable construction and various sizes make it a versatile choice for different journey lengths and destinations.

Troubleshooting

Wheels are not gliding smoothly or are getting stuck.

Check the wheels for any trapped debris such as hair, string, or dirt. Carefully remove any obstructions. Ensure the wheels are clean; a quick wipe with a damp cloth can often restore smooth movement.

Telescopic handle is difficult to extend or retract, or feels stuck.

Examine the handle mechanism for any visible obstructions or damage. Lightly press the push-button lock while gently wiggling the handle up or down. Avoid forcing the handle. If persistently sticky, ensure no fabric from the lining is caught in the mechanism.

The hardshell has developed scuffs or minor marks.

For light scuffs, wipe the area with a damp cloth. For more persistent marks, use a mild, non-abrasive household cleaner or a plastic-safe polish applied with a soft cloth. Always test on an inconspicuous area first.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Excellent durability and protection with scratch-resistant hardshell.
Effortless 360° maneuverability due to smooth-glide spinner wheels.
Lightweight construction simplifies transport and handling.
Secure and comfortable telescopic handle with easy release.
Organized packing facilitated by a fully lined interior.
Simple maintenance with an easy-to-clean exterior surface.

Cons

Hardshell design may offer less flexibility for overpacking compared to soft-sided luggage.
Specific airline cabin compatibility for the small size requires user verification.
Lack of external pockets means quick-access items must be stored inside.

The Pierre Cardin Voyager Luggage requires minimal setup; simply unbox and extend the telescopic handle for use. For travel, choose the appropriate size: the Small (19") is designed to be cabin compatible with most airlines, while the Medium (25") and Large (28") are intended for hold luggage. Always verify the latest dimension requirements with your specific airline before travel, especially for cabin luggage. To care for your luggage, the scratch-resistant ABS hardshell can be easily cleaned by wiping it down with a damp cloth. For more stubborn marks, a mild soap solution can be used, followed by wiping with a clean, damp cloth and then drying thoroughly. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners to preserve the finish.
