The Birkenstock Arizona sandals are designed for adults seeking a blend of timeless style and orthopedic support for everyday wear. These sandals offer excellent arch support and durability thanks to their high-quality suede construction, making them a staple for casual environments. A notable caveat is that the signature footbed requires a brief break-in period before reaching maximum comfort.

No, the suede upper and cork footbed are not designed to be submerged in water or used in heavy rain.
Use a soft brush specifically for suede to gently remove dirt, or a suede eraser for stubborn spots.
Birkenstock sizes are generally true to size, but the footbed should have a small amount of space at the heel and toe.
Yes, the anatomically shaped footbed is designed to provide substantial arch support.
While the footbed is designed to be very durable, it is not intended to be removed or replaced; consult a professional cobbler for specialized repairs.
Wear the sandals for short periods of 1-2 hours daily to gradually break in the cork footbed.
Gently buff the surface with a suede brush to restore the texture and remove trapped dirt.
To ensure your sandals last, avoid exposing them to excessive moisture, as the suede and cork materials are not waterproof. If the suede becomes dusty, use a soft-bristled brush to gently remove surface debris. For deeper cleaning, specialized suede cleaners are recommended. Keep your sandals away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, as this can cause the cork footbed to dry out and crack over time. Store them in a cool, dry place when not in use to preserve the material quality.
