Troubleshooting
Case feels loose or doesn't fit snugly.
Ensure you have the correct model (iPhone 15 Plus) and that no debris is caught between the phone and the case. Try removing the case and re-applying it, ensuring it snaps securely into place all around the edges.
Difficulty accessing buttons or ports.
Verify you have the correct iPhone model. If the case is new, it might require a brief break-in period. Ensure the case is fully seated on the phone. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
Graphic design appears to be peeling or fading.
This is uncommon with proper care. Avoid exposing the case to harsh chemicals or prolonged direct sunlight. If the issue is significant, contact OtterBox customer support regarding potential warranty claims.
Grip feels slippery.
The soft-touch finish is designed for grip, but this can be affected by moisture or certain lotions. Ensure your hands are clean and dry. If the surface of the case becomes particularly slick due to external factors, clean it according to the care instructions.
