Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before using your new Capri dinnerware, it is recommended to wash the pieces with warm soapy water to remove any dust from shipping. While the set is dishwasher safe, avoid using abrasive sponges or scouring pads, as these can dull the shiny black undersides over time.
- Storage: When stacking the plates, use felt dividers if you are worried about surface scratches from frequent stacking.
- Microwave Usage: Although the set is microwave safe, avoid thermal shock by not transitioning the plates directly from an extremely cold refrigerator to a high-heat microwave setting.
- Cleaning: Standard liquid dishwasher detergents are safe; however, avoid heavy-duty industrial settings if your dishwasher has adjustable cycles.
