Each individual strip is 5 metres in length.
Yes, these strips are designed to assist in creating the required ventilation in roof spaces as per current building regulations.
It is not recommended to paint the strips, as this can clog the ventilation holes and reduce airflow efficiency.
They are specifically designed for hollow soffit applications.
Use a soft cloth dampened with mild soapy water. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
Check that the ventilation slots are not blocked by insulation, debris, or paint accumulation.
Ensure that the fixing method follows the manufacturer's recommendation for the specific soffit board thickness being used.
Installation should be performed using standard woodworking tools, ensuring that the strips are cut to the exact length required using a fine-toothed saw. The product is designed to be compatible with standard hollow soffit board systems. To maintain the finish, simply clean the strips occasionally with a soft cloth and mild soapy water; avoid using abrasive chemicals or high-pressure washers, which could damage the surface finish. Ensure that the ventilation gaps remain unobstructed by debris or bird nests throughout the life of the product.
