Can I upgrade the RAM or SSD?

The RAM (32 GB LPDDR5x) is soldered to the motherboard and is not upgradeable. The 1 TB SSD is typically upgradeable, but it is recommended to consult the official service manual or contact Acer support for specific instructions and compatible parts.

What is Wi-Fi 7 and how does it benefit me?

Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) is the latest Wi-Fi standard, offering significantly higher speeds, lower latency, and improved reliability compared to previous generations. This enables faster downloads, smoother streaming, and more responsive online gaming and video conferencing.

What is the warranty period for this laptop?

Warranty periods can vary by region. Typically, Acer laptops come with a standard one-year limited warranty. Please refer to your purchase documentation or the Acer website for specific warranty details applicable to your location.

Troubleshooting

Laptop does not power on.

Ensure the AC adapter is securely connected to both the laptop and a working power outlet. Try a different outlet. If the issue persists, contact Acer support.

Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connection issues.

Restart the laptop and your router. Check that Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are enabled in Windows settings. Update the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers through AcerSense™ or the Acer support website.

Poor display quality or dead pixels.

Restart the laptop. Check display settings in Windows. If the issue persists, especially on the OLED panel, it might indicate a hardware defect. Contact Acer support for potential warranty service.

AI features not functioning correctly.

Ensure Windows is fully updated and all Acer-specific AI drivers and software (like AcerSense™) are up-to-date via Acer's support portal. Restart the AI services or the entire system.

Overheating during demanding tasks.

Ensure the laptop's vents are clear of obstructions. Use the laptop on a hard, flat surface to allow for better airflow. Close unnecessary background applications. If overheating is persistent, run a system diagnostic or contact support.

Touchpad is unresponsive.

Check if the touchpad has been accidentally disabled via a function key. Restart the laptop. Update touchpad drivers from the Acer support website.
