This shower seat is designed to safely support users weighing up to 136kg (approximately 300 lbs).

Yes, it requires self-assembly, but no tools are needed for the setup process.

Absolutely. The seat height is adjustable from 35.5cm to 54cm, allowing you to customize it for optimal comfort and accessibility.

Yes, the arms are individually removable, offering flexibility for easier transfers or personal preference.

The seat features `suction pads` on each foot. For maximum stability, ensure these pads are clean and dry, then press the seat firmly onto a clean, smooth, non-textured shower or bath floor.

The overall dimensions are 32.2cm (W) x 41cm (D) x 35.5-54cm (H) when the height is adjusted.

Wipe the seat and frame with a damp cloth and mild soap. Rinse thoroughly and air dry. Keep the suction pads clean to maintain their grip.

Ensure the `suction pads` on all four feet are clean, dry, and pressed firmly onto a clean, smooth, non-textured shower or bath floor. Check that all `height adjustment pins` are fully engaged and locked into their respective holes.

Ensure no weight is on the seat. Press the `release buttons` on each leg simultaneously and slide the leg to the desired height. Make sure the pin clicks securely into the selected adjustment hole on all legs.

Confirm that the arm's attachment points are clean and free of obstruction. Apply gentle, steady pressure when inserting or pulling to remove. If stiff, a small amount of silicone spray (avoiding the seat surface) might help, but typically they should fit snugly.
