Troubleshooting
Missing parts during assembly
Carefully check all packaging materials. If parts are confirmed missing, contact the retailer or Mercers Furniture customer service with your order details and the specific part number.
Wobbly table or chairs
Ensure all screws and fixings are tightened securely. Check that the item is assembled on a level surface. Do not overtighten screws, as this can damage the wood.
Scratches on the surface
For minor scratches, a furniture wax touch-up kit can often help blend them in. For deeper scratches, consult a furniture repair specialist or consider professional refinishing.
Wood grain appears different than expected
Natural wood variations are normal. The grey wash is applied to highlight these natural characteristics. Refer to product images for general appearance, but expect slight unique variations.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: The dining set is delivered flat-packed. Assembly requires following the provided step-by-step instructions. Ensure all parts are present before starting. It is recommended to have a Phillips head screwdriver and a hammer for assembly. Assemble on a soft surface, like a rug or the packaging material, to avoid scratching the wood.
