Saucony Endorphin Azura Running Trainers - Green - Size UK 9

SpeedRoll technology is Saucony's design that creates a propulsive feel by enhancing the transition from heel to toe, making your stride feel smoother and faster.

Yes, the PWRRUN PB midsole provides a balance of soft cushioning and responsiveness, making it suitable for long daily runs and marathons.

The Endorphin Azura is designed for speed days and workouts, offering a responsive ride that can be beneficial for races, especially if you prefer a non-plated feel.

These trainers are best suited for road running and can handle light, well-maintained trails. They are not designed for technical or rugged off-road terrain.

It means the shoe uses advanced, high-rebound foam for cushioning and energy return, but does not contain a rigid plate (like carbon fiber) within the midsole. This offers a softer, more natural feel compared to plated shoes.

There should be about a thumb's width of space between your longest toe and the end of the shoe when standing. The fit should be snug but not constricting around the midfoot and heel.

The trainers weigh approximately 8.5oz (240g) for a men's size 9.

Ensure you have the correct UK size. Try wearing them with your usual running socks. If discomfort persists after a few runs, they may not be the right fit for your foot shape.

Over time, cushioning can naturally decrease. Ensure the shoes are clean and free from debris that might affect performance. Consider your mileage; if they have seen significant use, it may be time for a replacement.

While the XT-900 outsole provides good grip, all rubber outsoles can have reduced traction on extremely wet or slick surfaces. Run with caution in such conditions.
