The Hydrafort fabric is designed to provide excellent waterproof protection, keeping the wearer dry in wet conditions by repelling water.

The jacket provides good insulation with its Thermo-Guard technology and fleece lining, making it suitable for cold conditions. For extreme cold, layering with additional thermal garments is recommended.

The hood is designed to be concealed and is not removable.

Machine wash at 40°C with similar colours. Avoid bleach, tumble dry on low heat, do not iron, and do not dry clean.

Anti-pilling means the fabric is treated to resist the formation of small balls or pills on its surface, helping it maintain a smoother appearance over time.

Ensure all zippers and fastenings are closed correctly to prevent water ingress. Check that the garment is not over-saturated and allow it to air dry completely. If the issue persists after washing, ensure fabric care instructions were followed.

Confirm that the stormflap is secured over the main zipper and that cuffs are tightened. Check for any tears or damage to the fabric that might compromise wind resistance.

This could be due to excessive friction during washing or drying. Follow the recommended care instructions precisely, particularly regarding tumble drying on a low heat and avoiding high friction activities if possible.

Gently try to move the zipper up and down. If it catches, check for any fabric obstructions. Applying a small amount of wax or silicone-based lubricant to the zipper teeth can help.
