Troubleshooting
Cushion appears misshapen upon arrival.
Gently plump the cushion by hand, pressing and shaping it to restore its intended form. Allow it some time to regain its loft.
Minor discoloration or stain.
Spot clean the affected area immediately with a damp cloth and a small amount of mild soap. Blot gently and allow to air dry.
Filling feels lumpy.
Try to redistribute the filling by hand, breaking up any clumps. Plump the cushion vigorously to encourage even distribution.
Fabric feels rough after cleaning.
Ensure you used only mild soap and avoided harsh chemicals. Re-plumping the cushion might help soften the fabric texture.
