The Grandeco Boutique Monroy in red is designed for homeowners and interior decorators looking to add sophisticated depth and a rich, tactile aesthetic to living rooms, bedrooms, or hallways. This semi-plain, embossed wallpaper offers a refined stone-effect finish with a subtle sheen that elevates a room's atmosphere without the distraction of busy patterns; however, users should be prepared for the heavier weight of the material, which requires proper adhesive and careful handling during application.

This paper is not specifically rated for high-moisture environments; it is best suited for living rooms, bedrooms, and hallways.
For the best results, smooth the wall surface before applying this wallpaper to ensure the embossed finish looks professional.
Measure the height and width of your walls, calculate the total area, and add 10% extra to account for pattern trimming and waste.
The surface is durable, but we recommend gentle cleaning with a damp cloth rather than scrubbing to maintain the embossed texture.
It features high-quality pigments, but like all wallcoverings, it should be protected from direct, intense sunlight to prevent long-term color degradation.
Gently smooth the wallpaper from the center outwards using a wallpaper smoothing tool to release trapped air.
Apply a small amount of seam adhesive behind the edge, press firmly, and wipe away any excess glue with a damp sponge.
Ensure the wall was properly primed before application and that you are using a high-quality adhesive suitable for heavyweight wallpaper.
Before starting, ensure your walls are smooth, dry, and primed with a suitable wallcovering primer. Because this is a high-quality, weighted wallpaper, use a heavy-duty adhesive designed for textured or embossed wallcoverings to ensure a secure bond. Always check the batch numbers on your rolls to ensure color consistency across the entire project. To clean, use a soft, slightly damp cloth to gently wipe the surface; avoid abrasive scrubbers or harsh chemical cleaners, as these can damage the delicate embossed texture and the sheen finish.
