FAQs
Are these boots suitable for wet and muddy grass?
The Furon v9 is primarily designed for firm ground; while they perform well, deep mud may reduce the grip compared to specialized soft-ground boots.
How do I determine the right size for my child?
Measure the foot length and compare it against the New Balance size chart; ensure there is about a thumb's width of space at the toe.
Can these boots be used on artificial turf?
They are designed for grass, but can be used on most modern artificial turf surfaces, though studs may experience faster wear.
How should I clean the white upper?
Use a damp cloth with a very mild detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals that could discolor or degrade the material.
Are these unisex?
Yes, the Furon v9 is designed as a unisex football boot suitable for all players.
Troubleshooting
Accumulated dirt on the soleplate
Gently scrub the studs and soleplate with a soft-bristled brush and mild soap after every game.
Boots feel stiff during first use
Wear the boots for shorter sessions, such as during training, to allow the material to mold naturally to the foot shape.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Care Instructions:
- Post-Match Cleaning: Remove excess mud and grass immediately after use using a soft brush or damp cloth.
- Drying: Air dry the boots in a well-ventilated area away from direct heat sources like radiators, which can damage the upper materials.
- Storage: Keep the boots in a cool, dry place when not in use to preserve the integrity of the synthetic components.
- Surface Check: Ensure these boots are used primarily on firm ground surfaces to prevent premature wear on the studs.
