Troubleshooting
Lid feels difficult to open or close
Ensure the silicone seal is properly seated within the groove of the bamboo lid and is not pinched.
Exterior shows small bumps or dots
These are normal characteristics of the enamel production process and do not affect the functionality or durability of the canister.
Lid is no longer airtight
Remove the silicone gasket, wash it gently, let it dry, and re-install it to ensure a flush seal against the enamel rim.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To begin using your canister, ensure it is wiped clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth before the first use. Avoid immersing the bamboo lid in water for extended periods, as this can cause the natural wood to warp; instead, wipe the lid clean and allow it to air dry thoroughly. When handling, note that the enamel finish is robust but should be kept away from harsh abrasive scrubbers that could scratch the surface. It is designed for countertop display and pantry storage, and it complements a wide range of kitchen color palettes due to its classic black finish.
