FAQs
Are these shoes suitable for running?
The Eclyptix 2000 is designed for lifestyle and walking. While they offer great cushioning, they are not specialized performance running shoes.
How do I determine the correct size?
The Eclyptix 2000 generally fits true to size. We recommend choosing your standard UK sneaker size.
Can the insoles be removed?
Yes, the insoles are typically removable if you need to insert custom orthotics for additional support.
What is the best way to clean white variants?
Use a sneaker-safe cleaning solution and a soft brush to maintain the brightness of the material, and avoid bleach which can damage the synthetic fibers.
Are these trainers waterproof?
No, these trainers are not waterproof. They are designed for standard daily wear and are not intended for use in heavy rain or deep puddles.
Troubleshooting
The shoe feels too tight at the top of the foot
Adjust the tension of the laces near the eyelets. Using a 'window' lacing technique can relieve pressure on the bridge of the foot.
Midsole foam appears dirty after light use
Use a specialized sneaker foam cleaner or a soft toothbrush with mild soap to scrub the textured midsole area gently.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Eclyptix 2000 trainers maintain their appearance and functionality, follow these care guidelines:
- Initial Fit: Loosen the laces completely before inserting your foot to prevent premature wear on the heel collar.
- Cleaning: For synthetic or mixed material uppers, wipe gently with a damp, soft cloth using mild, neutral soap. Avoid submerging the trainers in water.
- Drying: Always air dry at room temperature away from direct heat sources or radiators, which can deform the midsole materials.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Using shoe trees can help maintain the original ergonomic silhouette of the trainers when not in use.
