FAQs

Are these shoes suitable for high-intensity sports?

While they are inspired by performance shoes, they are best suited for everyday wear and light activity rather than competitive high-intensity sports.

How do I ensure I get the right size?

These trainers generally fit true to size for adult feet. Refer to your standard UK shoe size, but keep in mind that thicker socks may require slightly more room.

Can I put these in the washing machine?

No, you should never machine wash leather shoes as it can damage the material and the integrity of the foam midsole.

What is the primary material used?

The upper is crafted from high-quality leather, which offers a balance of durability and structure.

Are the laces replaceable?

Yes, the laces are standard and can be replaced if they become worn or if you prefer a different style.

Troubleshooting

Creasing in the leather toe box

Creasing is a natural characteristic of leather footwear; use shoe trees when not in use to help maintain shape.

Reduced traction on wet surfaces

Clean the outsole with a damp cloth to remove buildup that might be affecting the rubber's grip.

Stiff fit during initial wear

Wear the shoes for short periods around the house to allow the leather and foam to contour to your foot shape.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Versatile style suitable for both performance and casual wear
High-quality leather construction for long-term wear
Foam cushioning provides reliable all-day support
Perforated sides effectively improve ventilation

Cons

Leather material requires specific cleaning care
Limited color palette compared to high-top models
May require a brief break-in period for optimal comfort

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure your Jordan Spizike Low trainers last, follow these guidelines:

Fit Check: Ensure you are wearing appropriate athletic socks when trying on the shoes to gauge true comfort.
Cleaning: Use a soft-bristled brush to remove dry debris from the leather. For scuffs, use a damp cloth with mild soap; avoid soaking the leather.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent leather cracking or fading.
Maintenance: Periodically check the rubber outsole for lodged debris to maintain consistent grip.
