Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your pan lasts, avoid using metal utensils that might scratch or chip the enamel coating; silicone or wooden tools are recommended. When cleaning, allow the pan to cool completely before rinsing, as sudden temperature changes can cause the enamel to crack. Hand wash the pan with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Do not soak the pan for extended periods, and ensure it is dried thoroughly before storing to prevent any moisture buildup. This pan is compatible with most standard ovens; however, always check your oven's weight capacity when placing heavy cast iron cookware inside.
