Vamoosh Wash and Fabric Dye - Black

Vamoosh Wash and Fabric Dye is primarily designed for natural fibers like cotton, linen, and viscose. It is not recommended for synthetic materials such as polyester, nylon, or acrylic, as the dye may not bond effectively.

One Vamoosh dye pack is typically designed to color up to 600g of fabric for a full color change, or more for refreshing faded colors. Refer to the specific product packaging for exact capacity.

Generally, a hot wash cycle (40°C or 60°C) is recommended. Always check the instructions on the Vamoosh dye packaging for the precise temperature required for optimal results.

After the dyeing cycle, remove the dyed items and run an empty wash cycle on a hot setting with a small amount of detergent. This will help remove any residual dye from the machine.

When used according to instructions and the machine is cleaned afterward, Vamoosh dye should not permanently damage your washing machine. However, it's always wise to clean the machine promptly after use.

This dye is intended to restore or deepen existing colors or change lighter colors to a darker shade. It will not effectively lighten a garment that is already dark.

Ensure the washing machine drum was not overloaded and that the dye pack was placed directly into the drum with dry items. Running a hot cycle without pre-wash is crucial for even application.

The final color depends on the original color of the garment. For best results, use on lighter-colored items or items with a similar base shade to the dye. Check fabric composition; the dye works best on natural fibers.

Always run an empty hot wash cycle with detergent immediately after dyeing to clean the machine. If residue remains, repeat the cleaning cycle.
