The adidas Predator Elite Tongue FG is designed for performance-minded adult football players who prioritize ball control, precision striking, and agility on firm ground surfaces. Note that the decorative lacquer finish on the soleplate may wear off with repeated use, though this is a cosmetic change that does not impact the boot's technical performance.

These are designed as firm ground (FG) football boots; using them on artificial turf may lead to excessive wear and potential discomfort.
It is a synthetic suede and foil combination engineered for lightweight comfort, support, and superior touch on the ball.
Yes, it features an integrated strap system to ensure the tongue remains secure during play, providing a clean striking surface.
Use a soft-bristled brush and a small amount of warm water to gently remove dirt from the textured grooves.
Yes, the Predator Elite generally adheres to standard adidas sizing, though the Primeknit collar offers a more adaptive, secure fit.
While the materials are water-resistant, you should dry them properly after use in wet conditions to prevent long-term damage.
The HybridTouch upper requires a short break-in period; wear them for light training sessions before a full match to allow the material to mold to your foot shape.
This is expected. The lacquer finish is cosmetic and will wear off during natural play, which does not affect the performance or structural integrity of the boot.
Ensure the foldover tongue is positioned correctly and the laces are threaded through the strap correctly to distribute pressure evenly across the midfoot.
To ensure the best performance from your Predator Elite boots, start by loosening the laces fully to allow the Primeknit collar and foldover tongue to expand, making it easier to slip your foot in. The lace closure allows for a customized fit to ensure your foot is locked in place. These boots are specifically designed for firm ground (FG) surfaces and should not be used on artificial turf or extremely hard surfaces to avoid premature wear or injury. To care for your boots, remove excess mud or debris after each match using a soft brush. Wipe the upper with a damp cloth and allow them to air dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct heat sources. Never put football boots in a washing machine or dryer, as this can damage the synthetic materials and the bonding agents used in the soleplate.
