FAQs

How do I determine the correct size?

We recommend sizing down one full size from your child's usual shoe size. For instance, if your child typically wears a UK size 13, you should order a size 12.

Are these clogs waterproof?

The clogs are water-resistant but not fully waterproof. Water can enter through the ventilation holes.

How do I clean the clogs?

You can easily clean the clogs with soap and water. Avoid using harsh chemicals.

What is the lining made of?

The lining is made of soft, warm material for added comfort.

Can these be worn in the summer?

While wearable, these are designed for colder weather due to the lining. They may be too warm for summer use.

Are the heel straps adjustable?

Yes, the heel straps pivot to provide a more secure fit.

What is the material of the clogs?

The clogs are made of Croslite™ foam, providing lightweight comfort and easy cleaning.

Troubleshooting

Clogs feel too big.

Ensure you've sized down by one full size as recommended. If the clogs are still too large, consider exchanging them for a smaller size.

Lining is flattening.

This is normal with use. You may need to replace the clogs if the lining no longer provides sufficient warmth or comfort.

Clogs are dirty.

Wash the clogs with soap and water and allow them to air dry.
