The UKBEDFURNITURE Chrome Edge Upholstered Ottoman Gas Lift Storage Bed is designed for homeowners seeking to maximize bedroom functionality without sacrificing aesthetic appeal. It offers the key benefit of significant under-bed storage through an integrated gas lift system paired with a stylish 48-inch vertical channel tufted headboard. A notable caveat is that the bed requires assembly, and its tall headboard profile may require adequate wall clearance, making it essential to measure your bedroom space before purchase.

No, this product is a bed frame and does not include a mattress.
The mechanism is designed to handle standard household mattresses; avoid overloading the internal storage area with excessive weight.
We recommend light vacuuming for dust and using a mild upholstery cleaner for any accidental spills, following manufacturer instructions.
The headboard stands at 48 inches tall, providing a significant vertical presence.
While possible, we highly recommend two people to assist with the assembly to ensure safety and proper alignment of the frame.
Ensure the mattress is correctly positioned on the base, as the mechanism is weight-calibrated to require the mattress for smooth operation.
Check all connection points and tighten any loose bolts in the frame or slatted base to eliminate friction.
Assembly of the bed frame should be carried out by two people due to the size and weight of the components. Ensure you have clear floor space to lay out the frame parts before beginning the assembly process. The bed is compatible with most standard mattresses. To maintain the appearance of the plush fabric, vacuum the headboard regularly with an upholstery attachment to prevent dust buildup. For the gas lift mechanism, check the bolts periodically to ensure they remain tight and lubricated, guaranteeing the smoothest operation over time.
