Troubleshooting
Liner develops mildew or mold.
Ensure the bathroom has adequate ventilation. After showering, gently pull the liner to ensure it dries completely. Machine wash the liner in cold water with mild detergent and tumble dry on low heat.
Water is leaking from the bottom or sides.
Confirm the liner is long enough for your tub/shower base. Ensure it is positioned correctly within the tub during showers. Check that the liner is fully spread out and not tucked inside the tub.
Grommets are tearing or the header is pulling away.
This is rare due to the reinforced header. Ensure you are not using excessive force when hanging or pulling the curtain. If tearing occurs, contact customer support.
Liner does not hang straight.
Ensure the shower rod is level and securely installed. Check that all hooks are evenly spaced and securely attached to the liner's grommets.
