Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your leather hat, avoid storing it in direct sunlight or near heat sources, as this can cause the leather to crack. When the hat gets wet, allow it to dry naturally at room temperature rather than using a hair dryer. For maintenance, periodically apply a leather conditioner specifically formulated for oily-finish leathers to keep the material supple and water-repellent. If the hat gets dirty, use a soft, dry brush to remove loose debris, followed by a damp cloth if necessary. Ensure the hat is stored in a cool, dry place and ideally on a hat stand to maintain its shape when not in use.
