The Ninja CREAMi Deluxe NC501 is designed for home cooks who want total control over their frozen desserts, offering a versatile 10-in-1 solution for everything from ice cream and gelato to slushies and frozen drinks. Its primary benefit is the Creamify Technology, which turns frozen blocks of base ingredients into a smooth, professional-grade texture, though users must plan ahead as it requires a 24-hour freezing period for the tubs before processing.

The CREAMi is designed to process frozen dairy or liquid bases, not to act as a standalone ice crusher.
No, the Deluxe tubs are specifically designed for the NC501 series and are not interchangeable with standard CREAMi models.
Absolutely. You can use coconut milk, almond milk, or oat milk as a base to create perfect dairy-free and vegan desserts.
The 'Re-spin' function is used to refine the texture of your dessert if the initial cycle results in a crumbly or too-hard consistency.
Ensure the outer bowl is fully locked into position and the lid is properly aligned with the handle.
This happens when the mixture is too cold or the fat content is too low. Use the 'Re-spin' function and add a splash of milk or liquid base.
Check to ensure the paddle is correctly seated and that the frozen base surface is perfectly flat before processing.
Setting up your CREAMi is straightforward: place the unit on a flat, dry surface and ensure the non-slip feet are secure. Before the first use, wash all removable components in warm, soapy water.
