Setup, Compatibility & Care
Because these are leather boots, initial care is minimal but essential for longevity. Before your first walk, ensure the fit is correct with your preferred sock thickness. For cleaning, wipe off mud and debris with a damp cloth after each use; avoid submerging them in water. If the boots become saturated, air dry them naturally away from direct heat sources like radiators, as intense heat can cause leather to crack. Apply a leather conditioner or water-repellent spray periodically to keep the leather supple and maintain its waterproof barrier. The removable insole can be taken out and ventilated or cleaned separately if it becomes compressed or sweaty.
