Troubleshooting
Sample does not stick to the wall temporarily
Ensure the wall surface is clean, dry, and free of dust. Use a stronger temporary adhesive like painter's tape, ensuring it is suitable for your wall type to avoid damage.
Color appears different in person than expected
Colors can vary based on screen calibration and room lighting. View the sample in different lighting conditions (natural daylight, artificial light) at various times of the day.
Pattern scale appears too large or too small on the wall
Samples provide a general representation. The perceived scale can change significantly when applied across a full wall. Consider ordering a larger sample if available or reviewing product imagery of full installations.
