The SIHOO B100JT Office Chair is designed for professionals and home-office workers who require long-term ergonomic support during extended work sessions. Its primary benefit is the intelligent adaptive lumbar system that promotes spinal health, though users should note that the chair features a fixed-seat base design without extensive depth adjustment capabilities.

Yes, a comprehensive assembly guide and all necessary hardware are included in the packaging.
While the armrests are designed to flip up, they are a structural component of the chair's build and should not be removed.
The chair is built with a robust frame designed to support standard office use up to 150kg.
The B100JT headrest is designed for a fixed wide-support profile to accommodate a range of heights comfortably.
The wheels are designed for standard office use. Using a chair mat is recommended for deep pile carpets to ensure smooth mobility.
Check all bolts and screws to ensure they are fully tightened; apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant to the metal pivot points.
Tighten the mounting bolts located under the seat pan that secure the armrest brackets to the chair frame.
Assembly is straightforward and requires standard tools typically included in the box. Ensure all screws are tightened firmly during setup to maintain structural stability. For daily care, use a soft, dry cloth to dust the frame. If the mesh or fabric components require cleaning, use a mild soap solution and a damp cloth, avoiding harsh chemicals that may degrade the material surface. Periodically check the base and wheels to ensure no debris is obstructing smooth rotation.
