Product Information

Full details

The SIHOO Doro C300 Pro is designed for professionals and home office workers seeking long-term comfort and spinal health through advanced ergonomic adjustments. Its key benefit is the self-adaptive dynamic lumbar support and 6D armrest system that intuitively responds to your movements to reduce physical strain. A primary caveat to consider is that the chair's high-tech adjustment mechanisms require an initial setup period to calibrate the settings to your specific body type.

FAQs

What is the weight capacity of the Doro C300 Pro?

The chair is engineered for a robust experience; please refer to the product manual for exact weight limit specifications as they vary by testing region.

Does the headrest move?

Yes, the 3D mechanical headrest is height and angle adjustable to support your neck in various positions.

Is the lumbar support adjustable?

It is self-adaptive, meaning it automatically adjusts to your back pressure, but it does not have a manual depth override.

Can the armrests be removed?

The armrests are an integrated part of the chair's structural design and are not intended to be removed.

How do I clean the mesh back?

Use a vacuum with a brush attachment for dust and a soft cloth dampened with mild soap for spot cleaning.

Troubleshooting

Lumbar support feels too stiff

Adjust the tension dial on the backrest to loosen the response sensitivity until it feels comfortable against your lower back.

Chair is squeaking during movement

Check all mounting bolts under the seat and backrest to ensure they are fully tightened; apply a silicone-based lubricant to the recline mechanism if necessary.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Highly breathable wave mesh prevents heat buildup
Extensive adjustability in armrests and headrest
Sturdy, professional construction

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: The chair arrives in a flat-pack box. Assembly involves attaching the base, gas lift, seat mechanism, and backrest using the included hex key and hardware. We recommend having a second person assist with attaching the backrest to the seat base for easier alignment.

Compatibility: The chair is designed to fit a wide range of heights and weights. Ensure your desk height is at least 28 inches to accommodate the armrests when they are in their highest setting.

Care: The wave mesh back should be vacuumed periodically to remove dust. If stains occur, clean the fabric and mesh with a mild detergent and a soft damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals on the mechanical joints to maintain smooth operation.
